Get help from the team

  1. Join the Discord

    Use the button below. Joining is free.

  2. Open #support

    Find the #support channel in the channel list.

  3. Make a ticket

    Press the ticket button in #support and describe the problem. A ticket is private between you and the team.

Joining the server

Each server's connect command is on its server page. Pick a server, copy the command, then paste it into the F1 console in Rust and press Enter.

Linking Steam and Discord is optional. You never need it to play; it turns on raid alarms, vending logs and giveaways. Account linking
